Introduction

Global REO XVIII LLC is doing business as Web3 Legal Engineering (W3LE), a Nevada limited liability company registered in California. These terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website and services provided by W3LE and is an agreement between W3LE and the users of the websites related to Web3 Legal Engineering, FreeWeb3 and Evidencer services.

Please read these terms carefully before using the website or services. By using the W3LE website or the services therein, and clicking a button or checkbox is accepting and agreeing to the terms where that option is made available. By completing a registration form for services, or if earlier, by using or otherwise accessing any service of or software authored or provided by W3LE (the “Effective Date”), the site user accepts and agrees to these terms and any additional terms, rules and conditions of participation issued by W3LE from time to time and consents to the collection, use, disclosure and other handling of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to Web3 Legal Engineering (W3LE) under Global REO XVIII LLC for domains including freeweb3.com, evidencer.io, and related services (collectively, the “Website” or “services”) and governs data collection and usage.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner. This policy applies to information we collect through our services or in emails and other electronic messages between the user and W3LE, and information gathered when you interact with our advertising on third-party websites if such advertisements include links to this Policy.

Any Personal Information we collect is collected for the commercial purpose of effectively providing our services to you, as well as enabling you to learn more about, and benefit from, our services. Any information you provide or that is collected by W3LE through the services ('User Content') shall be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Except as provided herein and the Privacy Policy, W3LE obtains no rights under this agreement from the user or user content. User consents to our use of their user content to provide the services to the user.

Privacy policy

This Statement of Privacy applies to Web3 Legal Engineering (W3LE) under Global REO XVIII LLLC for domain under freeweb3.com and evidencer.io and related services (collectively, the 'Website' or 'services') and governs data collection and usage. The Website provides connectivity between blockchain and node-based computing systems for the use in claim and personnel management. By using the Website or services, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy. This Policy applies to information we collect through our services or in emails and other electronic messages between the user and W3LE, and information gathered when you interact with our advertising on third-party websites if such advertisements include links to this Policy. This Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, including on any other website operated by W3LE or any third party, or information collected by any third party through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from the services. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, then please do not use our services. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of our services after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.

Automatically collected information

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by W3LE. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the W3LE website.

Do-not-track signals

Other than as disclosed in this Policy, the Website does not track users over time and across third-party websites to provide targeted advertising. Therefore, the Website does not operate any differently when it receives Do Not Track ('DNT') signals from your internet web browser.

Use of cookies

The W3LE website may use 'cookies' to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Collection of personal information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, W3LE may collect personally identifiable information that can be used to identify you ('Personal Information'), such as your: First and Last Name; Mailing Address; Email Address; Phone Number; Court-related information such as case/docket numbers, parties, and filings; and Wallet addresses, smart contracts, blockchain accounts, and balances therein. If you purchase W3LE products and services, we may collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through W3LEs public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. We do not collect any Personal Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain Personal Information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: registering for an account or downloading Web3 account management software or browser plug-ins; using our claim connectivity products and services; signing up for special offers from selected third parties; sending messages or blockchain transactions; & interacting with software application stores, communicating on our social media channels, and submitting payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-Personal Information in the future.

No selling of personal information

We do not sell your Personal Information. However, if we ever decide to 'sell' or 'share' Personal Information, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, we will update you via this Policy and include a link entitled 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,' to provide you with an opportunity to opt out of the selling or sharing of your Personal Information.

Exercising your rights

If you are a California, Colorado, or Virginia resident who chooses to exercise the rights listed above, you can submit a request via email at onelawus@gmail.com. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your Personal Information. If an authorized agent makes a request on your behalf, we may require proof that you gave the agent permission to submit the request.

Responding to your request

Upon receiving your request, we will confirm receipt of your request by sending you an email confirming receipt. To help protect your privacy and maintain security, we may take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to the Personal Information. In some instances, such as a request to delete personal information, we may first separately confirm that you would like for us to in fact delete your personal information before acting on your request. We will respond to your request within forty-five (45) days. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. In some cases our ability to uphold these rights for you may depend upon our obligations to process Personal Information for security, safety, fraud prevention reasons, compliance with regulatory or legal requirements, or because processing is necessary to deliver the services you have requested. Where this is the case, we will inform you of specific details in response to your request.

Intellectual property rights

The software, the services and their entire contents, features, and functionality including information, data, text, displays, images, video, and audio, design elements, selection, and arrangement thereof are owned by W3LE and/or its licensor(s) and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Users shall not use the services in any manner or for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by this agreement. Except as expressly authorized, you shall not or shall not attempt to (a) modify, distribute, alter, tamper with, repair, or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices from content; (b) reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the content; (c) reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the services or apply any other process or procedure to derive the source code of any software; (d) access or use the services in a way intended to avoid incurring fees, (e) use scraping techniques to mine or otherwise scrape data; or (f) resell or sublicense the services, content or software.

Governing law

Disputes on-chain. You agree that for any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with any actions on W3LE, Except for claims against W3LE (which shall be subject to Subsection B or this Section) YOU AGREE THAT ALL TRANSACTIONS ON W3LE SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE OCCURRED IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND BE SUBJECT TO THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT REGARD TO ITS CONFLICTS OF LAWS PROVISIONS, as if this Agreement is a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within the State of California. Disputes against W3LE. Any dispute, claim or controversy against W3LE relating in any way to this agreement, W3LE, the account, digital assets, the webite, the services, the Privacy Policy, or use of the services will be resolved by binding arbitration as provided in terms, rather than in court. This Agreement and any dispute or claim against W3LE (including non-contractual disputes or claims), including arbitrability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
